All returned values are now at equal "depth" in the returned array to match the upcoming Contact_Vcard_Build class; see new documentation at http://ciaweb.net/free/contact_vcard_parse for outline.
Shortened array key names for N and ADR datatypes (e.g., "given_name" is now "given").
Line unfolding now only replaces the first leading whitespace character on folded lines, not all leading whitespace.
