Link from PEPr goes to http://labs.silverorange.com/files/ just fine, but links from there to the PHPS files themselves are failing.

Yes, I contacted the original author and got his permission. The original code is also MIT licensed. He expressed interest in having a PHP5 version as well but said he hadn't had time to port it himself.
