Description: ------------ When an email has an attached file and its filename is encoded in jis, its encoded filename often includes a semi-colon in the middle of the filename such as "^[$B4A;z^(B.txt". For that reason, when it is decoded by Mail_Mime, ctype_parameters['name'] will have a partial text of the original filename. [content-type] => application/octet-stream; name="^[$B4A;z^(B.txt" [ctype_parameters] => Array ( [name] => ^[$B4 [] => ^[(B.txt" )
