Proposal for "Gtk2_ExceptionDump"

» Metadata » Status
» Description
Displays Exceptions, PHP errors and PEAR_Error objects in a nice and clean way. It also allows to inspect parameters passed to methods and to drag and drop the files causing the error to any editor. It also allows you to copy the exception with backtrace to the clipboard.

Some examples:

PEAR_Error

require_once 'Gtk2/ExceptionDump.php';
$error = new PEAR_Error('some error message');
Gtk2_ExceptionDump::display($error);

PHP Exception

require_once 'Gtk2/ExceptionDump.php';
Gtk2_ExceptionDump::setupExceptionHandler();
throw new Exception('Exception!');

PHP Error

require_once 'Gtk2/ExceptionDump.php';
Gtk2_ExceptionDump::setupPhpErrorHandler();
trigger_error('Oops! A php error', E_USER_ERROR);
