In PEAR-1.4.5 I've found a little bug.
PEAR/command/Registry.php on line 983.
date("Y-m-d H:m",$obj->getLastModified())
Correct is date("Y-m-d H:i",$obj->getLastModified())
m : numeric representation of a month, with leading zeros
