LU 0.16.2 seems to have a bug in the logout functionality.
My own code, some simple custom made testscript and the examples all have the following behaviour.
0. User is logged in.
1. Click logout (url page.php?logout=true is requested), result is BAD, user stays logged in
2. Click logout (url page.php?logout=true is requested), result is OK, user is logged out.
