Description:

The PHPConstants Container fails, because PHPContants is not registered in $_GLOBALS['CONFIG_TYPES'].
Adding
'phpconstants'=>array('Config/Container/PHPConstants.php','Config_Container_PHPConstants'),
to Config.php fixes this problem.
Test script:

print_r($this->config->writeConfig(CONFIG_PATH.'config.php', 'PHPConstants', array('name' => 'test')));
Expected result:
----------------
1
Actual result:
--------------
PEAR::Error, phpconstants is not a registered container type

This bug has been fixed in CVS.
If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET).
If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly.
Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release.
