Description: ------------ I tried to build the documentation for Structures_DataGrid with phpDocumentor. When XML_Beautifier is not installed, the output is right. If it is installed, the generated XML files are broken. Example for such broken XML code (shortened inside programlisting tag): <para> <example> <title>Instantiation</title> <programlisting><?php [...] </programlisting> </example> </para> <refsect1 id="package.structures.structures-datagrid.structures-datagrid.structures-datagrid.note"> &title.note; &note.notstatic; </refsect1> </refsect1> Note the refsect1 inside a refsect1. As said above, this does not happen when XML_Beautifier is not installed. I'm not sure whether this is a XML_Beautifier bug, maybe it's also a problem with phpDocumentor's handling of XML_Beautifier.

Maybe I should add that I use the peardoc2 converter. Please also refer to http://cvs.php.net/viewcvs.cgi/pear/Structures_DataGrid/tools/manual-gen/mkmanual.sh?revision=1.10&view=markup for more details about how phpDocumentor is called.

unfortunately, I need to push 1.3.1, this will have to be the first bug fixed in 1.3.2

This bug has been fixed in CVS. If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET). If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly. Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release. Thank you for the report and for helping us make PEAR better. just kidding, I am/was obsessing about this bug. Now it is dead. DEAD I tell you!
