I built the 200509090630 snapshot to check if another bug had been fixed, and received the following when doing "make install":
[activating module `php5' in /etc/httpd/httpd.conf]
Installing PHP CLI binary: /usr/bin/
Installing PHP CLI man page: /usr/share/man/man1/
Installing PEAR environment: /usr/lib/php/

I tried installing an earlier snapshot (200508190630) which went fine, so something must've changed in the meantime?

When I tried to do as instructed (download http://pear.php.net/install-pear.phar and make install-su), I received this:
