Description: ------------ In File/Archive.php, in appendFromSource() and cache() functions there are attempts to require_once files that do not exist. These are File/Archive/Writer/AddFolder.php (line 1314) and File/Archive/Reader/Cache.php (line 587) respectively.

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has been fixed in the latest released version of the package, which you can download at http://pear.php.net/get/File_Archive
