Description: ------------ The declaration of $addFormHeader seems to be missing in DB/DataObject/FormBuilder/QuickForm.php. As a result the variable is not copied from the FormBuilder object. My DB_DataObject_FormBuilder version is 0.16.0.

This bug has been fixed in CVS. In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up at the end of next Sunday (CET) on pear.php.net. In case this was a pear.php.net website problem, the change will show up on the website in short time. Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PEAR better. I have changed the bug summary to be more appropriate. I have moved the addFormHeader if statement to FormBuilder.php as it makes more sense there.

Both - linkDisplayFields - addFormHeader don't work when set in DataObjects.ini in 1.8.0 (1.8.1 has other issues so I can't test there)

Did you try the cvs version of FB? Did you turn off overloading for DO?
