Description: ------------ It looks like to modify a string, one has to call subsequently Admin::remove() and Admin::add(). What if a concurrent process tries to fetch that string between the two calls ? Wouldn't it be more relevant to have an Admin::update() method ?

This bug has been fixed in CVS. In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up at the end of next Sunday (CET) on pear.php.net. In case this was a pear.php.net website problem, the change will show up on the website in short time. Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PEAR better. -- actually add() automatically detected when to do an INSERT and when an UPDATE. However, there's a new update() method in CVS.
