Creates a new folder called 'doc' rather than using the standard 'docs' folder.

Just to clarify this is an error in the packages.xml file. The correct way to declare the docs is:
<file role="doc" baseinstalldir="Payment_Process" name="examples\Payment_Process-example.php"/>
instead of:
<file role="php" baseinstalldir="doc/Payment_Process" name="examples\Payment_Process-example.php"/>

This bug has been fixed in CVS.
In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up at the
end of next Sunday (CET) on pear.php.net.
In case this was a pear.php.net website problem, the change will show
up on the website in short time.
