Description:

The getField and getImplodedField methods could have an
optional second parameter for the namespace. Right now, they
only allow retrieving Dublin Core metadata but the data I want to
extract is TIFF orientation data.

When the other cleanup patches are applied, I have a nice patch to enable other
namespaces in Image_JpegXmpReader.
It also cleans up the existing namespace code to not use hard-coded namespace
prefixes.
