Anyone can comment on a bug. Have a simpler test case? Does it work for you on a different platform? Let us know! Just going to say 'Me too!'? Don't clutter the database with that please !

Description: ------------ I cannot upload a new release for Config. When using the upload form and hitting the verify release button, it returns this error: Error while uploading package: The following attribute(s) were missing or need proper values: rel You can have a look at the package.xml file in the CVS repository if necessary. Thanks.

What do you mean by : "use the deps operators from PEAR classes" ? I have looked at the package.xml DTD and didn't notice anything wrong but maybe I overlooked something ?
