Description: ------------ install-pear.php has an option to set bin_dir but cfg_dir is also something that users will quite possibly want to override (e.g. setting it to /etc/pear)

Attached patch does the trick

I'm going to put this in 1.7.2 since arguably it should have been there with the release of 1.7.0 and the addition of the cfg role

This bug has been fixed in CVS. If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET). If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly. Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release. Thank you for the report and for helping us make PEAR better.
