Hi,
pecl-gen generates files in UTF-8 even if i've specified another charset in the xml header. That's quite annoying if had some litteral strings in my <code> sections or in my <test> sections.
Expected result:

Taking base xml encoding in count or adding tags that allows us to specify output encodings
