It needs some cleanup, defenately. But I can't see, how the author's not willing to do that (in reply to Chuck). And what is the problem with fixing the CS issues in the PEAR cvs? Otherwise I agree with Chuck about including PEAR.php. Also, there appears to be left some debug code in the #-style comments. A package I like to see in PEAR.
