Description: ------------ It would be nice a nice feature to include automatic numbering of headers in the TOC and Headings of the Xhtml renderer. Eg. 1. General 1.1 Scope 1.1.1 Extent 1.1.2 Structure 1.2 Normative References 1.3 Definitions Patches are available at http://julien.grecom.nl/pear/.
