Description: ------------ The start page of the elections shows on the bottom: "Retrieve your vote in an election:" and then a select box, an input field and a submit button. Although I could guess what the purpose of the input field is, there should be some text somewhere. Maybe even a simple "salt" prefilled in the input field would be enough? In the current representation it looks like that one should enter the name of color into the field (when looking at the text in the select box and ignoring the text on the button).

This bug has been fixed in CVS. If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET). If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly. Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release. Thank you for the report and for helping us make PEAR better.

What is the meaning for this warning message? "Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent "
