Description:

Joomla! CMS jobs on Travis CI are failing with the new release of the
Archive_Tar package due to an error downloading and installing the package.
Please see https://travis-ci.org/joomla/joomla-cms/jobs/53198969 for a
sample of a failed job.

Archive_Tar successfully installs (see https://travis-ci.org/joomla/joomla-
cms/jobs/53175598 for a successful job which used 1.3.14 package)

Package does not install and causes errors with the Pyrus installer.

Can you try again? 1.3.15 was submitted earlier today and it may have been
right around your build.
