Anyone can comment on a bug. Have a simpler test case? Does it work for you on a different platform? Let us know! Just going to say 'Me too!'? Don't clutter the database with that please !

Description: ------------ Pre 1.8.1 quoteString() returned result without surrounding quotes. Many apps rely on this behavior, i.e. squirrelmail. Now, strings are double quoted.

Fixed in release 1.8.2.
