Description: ------------ I notice you have some of the code for collapsing headers in Render/Xhtml/Heading.php, the whold case 'startContent' and 'endContent' javascript and div code. Settings $collapse = true gives me the [+] but no start/endContent code working. Would really love to get collapsible headings working.
