On line 891 of AmazonECS4.php (TransactionLookup function), the "Operation" parameter is set as:
$params['Operation'] = 'SimilarityLookup';
Should be set as:
$params['Operation'] = 'TransactionLookup';
Test script:

$Transid = "ANY TRANSACTION ID YOU SET";
$result = $amazon->TransactionLookup($Transid, $options);
print_r($result);
Expected result:
----------------
Get results of a Transaction Lookup
Actual result:
--------------
Because you're really sending a "SimilarityLookup" to Amazon, you get the "Your request is missing required parameters. Required parameters include ItemId." error.
