When I add a directive to a section and its content includes a '%', the
resulting line in the IniFile will not enclose the string with "". This
makes the Parser stumble over this line when loading the IniFile later:
Warning: Error parsing inifile.conf on line 12
in /usr/share/php/Config/Container/IniFile.php on line 63
Solution would be to add the following somewhere arround line 122 in
Config/Container/IniFile.php:
strpos( $content, '%' ) !== false ||
This happens with PHP 4.3.3 and seems to be a problem of
parse_ini_file().

This bug has been fixed in CVS.
In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up at the
end of next Sunday (CET) on pear.php.net.
In case this was a pear.php.net website problem, the change will show
up on the website in short time.
