Anyone can comment on a bug. Have a simpler test case? Does it work for you on a different platform? Let us know! Just going to say 'Me too!'? Don't clutter the database with that please !

Description: ------------ Maybe the package is shipped with PEAR by default, but with no release you can't even view the phpdoc generated class docs. So a release is very badly needed.

we don't really need a release, File_CSV is included in File, we still haven't made the split release to remove it from File and make a File_CSV release.
