Description: ------------ We need to separate the accounts a little, atm you can see the same accounts in pearweb and peclweb, even the election and bug accounts which obviously is annoying for the peclweb admins. In an effort to stop that we (Pierre and I) have added a new field to users called from_site, all pearweb account request scripts should be filling that out with pear and same goes in pecl ... then the individual admin ui can see only their account requests and it makes it easier to maintain, less clutter. We'll be able to move requests that accidentally are done via pearweb to peclweb if we so desire. Btw. Pierre has agreed on doing the peclweb side of things

This bug has been fixed in CVS. If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET). If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly. Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release. Thank you for the report and for helping us make PEAR better.
