Description: ------------ files are not included when having a package directory different from current directory AND a file in a subdir If other files are included (thus files and dirs exist) no error is thrown, just ignoring the file. Problem is in File->_checkIgnores Test script: --------------- http://pastebin.ca/269374

This bug has been fixed in CVS. If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET). If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly. Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release. Thank you for the report and for helping us make PEAR better. the regex is incomplete. You must start a sub-path with * */subtest/test.php will match the desired file. I've updated an inline comment, and changed this to a Documentation bug
