Description: ------------ i was thinking maybe something could be added that works similar to PGSQL_DML_STRING with php's pg_select so the query string could be returned.

I must admit I am not fond of this kind of stuff in MDB2. However you might be able to fit this inside the autoExecute/autoPrepare APIs: http://pear.php.net/package/MDB2/docs/latest/MDB2/MDB2_Extended.html If you have a proposal let me know.

This bug has been fixed in CVS. If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET). If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly. Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release. Thank you for the report and for helping us make PEAR better.
