Seems Date 1.4.7 already knew Indiana has DST begin at April 02, 2006 @ 02:00:00 to October 29, 2006 @ 01:59:59. Actually inDaylightTime() is using localtime() to find out the DST, so it's depends on PHP. Please your feedback.

What does need to be done is adjustments for the latest energy legislation that set the clocks ahead on the March 11th instead of three weeks later. I think it ends in November.

Indiana is so complicated that it has its own sub-directory for the 8 different time-zones that it operates! America/Indiana/Indianapolis America/Indiana/Knox America/Indiana/Marengo America/Indiana/Petersburg America/Indiana/Tell_City America/Indiana/Vevay America/Indiana/Vincennes America/Indiana/Winamac They all use Summer-Time but they change at different times.
