When using the factory method a call is made to _autoload();
In this method the code to include the file looks wrong.
The following test is made
if (!file_exists($_DB_DATAOBJECT['CONFIG']['class_location'].'/'.ucfirst($table).".php")) {
Then the include statement is
include_once $_DB_DATAOBJECT['CONFIG']['require_prefix'].ucfirst($table).".php";
It would be more logical to have the include do as follows
include_once $_DB_DATAOBJECT['CONFIG']['class_location'].'/'.ucfirst($table).".php";
It follows what the file_exists test does

Will look at it after holidays. - yeap makes sense (feel free to fix in the meantime)
