In Auth/Container/File.php on line 188 in the method changePassword wrong variable names are used.
Therefore an error occurs when using this method.

if (PEAR::isError($pw_obj)) {

$res = $pw_obj->changePasswd($user, $pass);
if (PEAR::isError($res)) {

if (PEAR::isError($res)) {

}
return true;
}
Use the following code instead:
function changePassword($username, $password)
{
$pw_obj = &$this->_load();
if (PEAR::isError($pw_obj)) {

$res = $pw_obj->changePasswd($username, $password);

This bug has been fixed in CVS.
In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up at the
end of next Sunday (CET) on pear.php.net.
In case this was a pear.php.net website problem, the change will show
up on the website in short time.
