Description: ------------ php.ini changes open_basedir /var/www/:/usr/share/php/:/usr/share/pear/:/var/cache/apache2/vhosts/', include_path .:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear when the is_readable function walk trought the include_path on the first . it's error, and just then find the right location. WARNING [2] is_readable(): open_basedir restriction in effect.
