The field "message_state" (0x0427) is used in 3 commands :
- deliver_sm (optional)
- data_sm (optional)
- query_sm_resp (mandatory).
As this field is defined as optional in the _optionalParams() method of Net_SMPP_Command, it will be ignored in the parseParams() method :
