Anyone can comment on a bug. Have a simpler test case? Does it work for you on a different platform? Let us know! Just going to say 'Me too!'? Don't clutter the database with that please !

Description: ------------ Date::_setTZToDefault() currently uses the date.timezone to determine the current setting. But that misses time zones set via date_default_timezone_set(). So I am about to change the package to use date_default_timezone_get().
