Description: ------------ There's not much to say about this; if you try to retrieve field information etc. from a field declared as 'smalldatetime' rather than 'datetime', MDB2 will puke; it's just not declared in the MS-SQL driver. I'm personally not terribly concerned with this limitation -- we want a datetime field, anyway, and the reason we had a smalldatetime in the DB was due to an ODBC-driven port where the fields weren't expected closely enough. Still, just in case people want to know about it... :-)

This bug has been fixed in CVS. If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET). If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly. Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release. Thank you for the report and for helping us make PEAR better.
