Description: ------------ Net_LDAP_Util::split_rdn_multival() does not split correctly. It works for not multivalued RDNs but if a RDN contains more than one part, it fails splitting correctly. The problem is with the line: $rdns = preg_split('/\+(.+?=.+?)/', $rdn, -1, PREG_SPLIT_DELIM_CAPTURE+PREG_SPLIT_NO_EMPTY); Either the regular expression must be modified or there must be another solution to this - maybe to just use some capturing expression with preg_match that extracts the relevant parts.

This bug has been fixed in CVS. If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET). If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly. Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release. Thank you for the report and for helping us make PEAR better.
