Description: ------------ IRD numbers must be modulus 11 checked. Otherwise we're marking invalid numbers as valid - probably not a good thing! Of the three 'valid' IRD values supplied in the .phpt file only the first one "087 784 215" really is valid. tested these values using http://www.mag11.com/ME102/Subject_NZIRDValidation.HTML?Block1=833&Block2=663&Block3=215&SubmitButton=Button

This bug has been fixed in CVS. If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET). If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly. Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release. Thank you for the report and for helping us make PEAR better.
