Description: ------------ At least one email address is hard coded into source. public_html/channels/add.php (line 169): $observer->setRecipients("pear-webmaster@lists.php.net"); Consider extracting this out to configuration, as well as any other email addresses.

Fixed channels but I see we tend to be pretty bad at this, we already have all the emails in pear-config.php and we can access them via constants so it's just the matter of finding them and replacing with the proper constant.

This bug has been fixed in CVS. If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET). If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly. Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release. Thank you for the report and for helping us make PEAR better. I can't fix support/lists.php, it's highly PEAR specific but if you notice any emails or such that we could do via constants then let me know.
