Description: ------------ This is mostly meant for per site (php, pear, pecl) and will very likely be propagated into the Bugtracker package Jani is doing but for now I want to do this in PEAR as a proof-of-concept, possibly we can do this per user but that's too much in my opinion but what do others think ? The problem is that we simply have too many columns that aren't really needed in PEAR, the OS and PHP ones can go away, you don't need those in the general bug list view as well as I'd want this config to be able to limit a output length, ala substr style, that way we could make the dates shorter, i.e. not include time and UTC, people can see that in the bug, but those are things the PHP bug tracker should show. This should make the bug tracker more modular to move between sites.

Since pearweb/bugs won't be used for other things than pecl, we will not implement that.
