Description:

The microtime field is not set, when a PEAR::Date object is constructed by the default counstructor.
Test script:
---------------
require_once("Date.php");
$date = new Date();
echo $date->getDate(DATE_FORMAT_ISO_EXTENDED_MICROTIME) . "\n";'
Expected result:
----------------
Time with microtime will be displayed like:
2007-05-22T09:59:06.123456
Actual result:
--------------
The microtime was 000000 like:
2007-05-22T09:59:06.000000

Implemented this is Date::constructor() using gettimeofday()
Could this be problematic in some way?

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has been fixed
in the latest released version of the package, which you can download at
http://pear.php.net/get/Date
