The minutes in the formatted disc length returned by NET_CDDB_Disc::getDiscLength are wrong.
Test script:

Replace the code
$minutes = floor($this->_length % (60 * 60));
with:
$minutes = floor(($this->_length % (60 * 60))/60);

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has been fixed
in the latest released version of the package, which you can download at
http://pear.php.net/get/Net_CDDB
Fixed in release 0.2.0
