The archive is definitively corrupted,
- top level "Text_CAPTCHA-1.0.0" should not be in package.xml.
- LICENSE and README should have role="doc", not role="data".
- tests/* should have role="test" (not php nor data)
- examples/* should have role="doc" (not php)
