Description: ------------ The holiday text for Portuguese seems to have incorrect UTF8 encoding, the locale settings are very haphazard and do not necessarily agree with the php set_localle function, basically many of the language filters are inaccurate having holiday information in English instead of the native languages to overcome the portuguese problem I have to ($country == "Portugal")?utf8_encode(rtrim($holidays, "; ")) : rtrim($holidays, "; ") if I use the function for all the filters I have problem with japanese

The Date/Holidays/Driver/Portugal.php file was encoded as iso-8859-1 rather than utf-8 I've encoded it to utf-8 now and am releasing a new version of the package. Thanks for letting me know of the problem :-)
