Right now all bank transfers are changed to use the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) system, which uses an XML based message and file format.
It would be really nice to have a Payment_SEPA library with a similar API. -- Unfortunately I am unable to implement that on my own. -- So please check GitHub for alternative libraries: https://github.com/search?q=php+sepa
