Description:

The comments for setDescription() clearly say that only four lines
of description are allowed as per the Equens CLIEOP
specifications. However, the check in this method allows FIVE
lines of description.
If the size of $_Description is 4 (less than 5), another line is
added bringing up the total number of lines of description up to
FIVE.
