Description: ------------ Services_Libravatar should be able to cache DNS results to make repeated lookups faster. For that, it should provide adapters for Cache_Lite and Cache as well as a way to add own adapters.

As per my discussions with Christian Weiske, I will have a look at this over the weekend and start from there.
