I am the mainteiner for Mageia.:
When building an RPM, this packages requires two, an obsolete (replaced) dependent package and the replacement
pear(PEAR/PackageFileManager.php)
pear(PEAR/PackageFileManager2.php)
I can get around it, but if someone work on this, it may be corrected.
There must be a call to this file somewhere: PackageFileManager2.php
