PHP_CompatInfo contains script named "pciconf". FreeBSD has tool with the same name (http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=pciconf&sektion=8). So when user tries to call PHP_CompatInfo's pciconf FreeBSD's tool will be executed instead.
