Can you elaborate on that ? How did you install it ? go-pear or other way ?

I installed it via go-pear

go-pear and go-pear.phar work with spaces in folders on OS X go-pear works on XP with spaces in folder names go-pear.phar does not work on XP with spaces in folder names

This bug has been fixed in SVN. If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET). If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly. Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release. Thank you for the report and for helping us make PEAR better. This should be fixed now in SVN. Things can now install for me without any warnings or errors and all browsing folders things on Windows show up again etc. Let me know if this didn't fix any cases for you when PEAR 1.9.1 is out.
